Nutrition in pregnancy and childhood

I am a nutritionist dietician Col IB83. I have been in private practice for 10 years, my goal is to change my patients’ habits, moving away from restrictive diets of a fixed duration. Changes in habits that are achieved by having a conscious diet where we do not intend to eliminate foods but rather replace them. Nutrition must be individualized.

I am a specialist in:

• -Nutrition in pregnancy and childhood.
• -Vegetarian/vegan nutrition in all periods of life
• -Nutrition in digestive diseases such as sibo, chron, irritable bowel… inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
• -Sports nutrition, long distance
• -Healthy food

For more than 4 years I have participated as a collaborator on Mondays and Wednesdays in the ib3 program 5 dies, explaining current nutritional topics.
