Taking care of emotions during pregnancy and postpartum

Luisa Balaguer will address the emotional needs of a woman throughout the motherhood process, especially pregnancy and postpartum. We will talk about the emotional needs that may arise at any moment. We will provide reflections, strategies to understand and manage what happens on a psychological level in the woman and in the couple. I will try to convey confidence in you and knowledge to live this entire stage as fully as possible.

About Luisa Balaguer: Psychopedagogue. With training and experience in the field of perinatal psychology. 20 years of experience serving families. School counselor at an EI EP center for 12 years until the birth of my children. Currently you can find me at TRIBU Center de Desenvolupament i ARA Lasai.
